Due to our made to order process, we do not accept refunds of any kind, please confirm before proceeding with purchases. Products that are defective or damaged are eligible for an exchange under these conditions.
1. Exchanges can be made for any product with a defect without an additional shippings fee.
2. Exchanges are to be made within 10 days of receiving the goods.
3. The product must be in new condition with tags attached.
4. Please contact info@silentwhisper.co prior to exchnages. Once approval will be shipped back to you.
